How do I book a campsite or a pitch?

Freeontour portal:

The following describes how to book a campsite or a pitch through the portal. 

1. Select menu item "campings"
2. Enter destination and travel period in the search field
3. The bookable campsites or pitches are marked with a green icon.
4. Activate filter "bookable" on the left side.
5. If a travel period is specified, the total price for the stay is displayed. When you have found a suitable campsite or pitch, click on "View details".
6. If you are not already logged in, log in or register at Freeontour.
7. You will get to the detail page of the campsite or pitch. If no period has been specified yet, you can do so now. To book the campsite or pitch, click on "book pitch". You will be redirected to the booking mask.
8. Here you can add or change the booking. This is followed by the entry of personal data and then the payment. In the last step you can check the entries again.
   Note: The purchase contract is concluded between you and the campsite or pitch.

Freeontour app:

Our app also offers you this option:

1. Select the menu item "Campings"
2. Enter destination in the search field. With the app you can also find a campsite or pitch near your location. To do this, click on "my location".
3. Add travel data
4. You can see bookable campsites or pitches by a green icon
5. Select funnel icon on the top right and activate the "bookable" filter.
6. If a travel period is indicated, the total price for this stay is displayed. When you have found a suitable campsite or pitch, click on it.
7. If you are not already logged in, log in or register at Freeontour.
8. You will get to the detail page of the campsite or pitch. If no period has been specified yet, you can do so now. To book the campsite or pitch, click on "book pitch". You will be redirected to the booking mask.
9. Here you can add or change the desired booking. This is followed by the entry of personal data and then the payment. In the last step you can check the entries again.
